OVERVIEW
What is the relationship between space, service, and organizational structure? In this project, my team and I were brought in to help one of the biggest meeting and collaboration spaces in Philadelphia design their new space. We initiated a in-depth research phase with all stakeholders in order to understand the organization before revamping its service. During our process, other issues came to surface. Specifically, it became evident that front-line staff and the executive leaders had very different visions for the organization. They were not on the same page and has different priorities.
